Refund policy

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return, with no exceptions made after this window. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, in their exact original condition, have all original tags attached, and be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. Please note that all SALE and discounted items are strictly FINAL SALE, and we do not accept returns or exchanges on these markdowns. Additionally, Turtlebox and Rugged Road products are entirely excluded from all store discounts, promotional codes, and sales events.
